வெள்ளை மிளகாய் பஜ்ஜி &பக்கோடா for snack/bhajiya & pakode for snack/White bell pepper pakode&Bhajiya


 

#bajiya #பஜ்ஜி#pakoda #மிளகாய்பஜ்ஜி#pepper #chilipakode# Ingredients: வெள்ளை மிளகாய் / White chili - 5 to 6 கடலைமாவு / Bengal gram flour- 4 ladles அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1 ladle உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp சீரகத்தூள/ Cumin powder- 1 tsp மிளகாய் தூள்/ Chili powder- 1.5 tsps பெருங்காயத்தூள்/adafetida powder- 1/2 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tsps to add in flour எண்ணை / Oil - to fry bajji மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Method: Wash & wipe all chilies. Cut vertically in thin pieces. Cut in small pieces also to make pakoda. Take gram flour & rice flour in a bowl. Add salt, cumin, turmeric, oil, Asafoetida & chili powder to it & mix well. Then add water slowly to make the bajji batter & mix well. It should not be too thick or too thin. Heat oil in a kadhai. Pour the batter into tall glasses, dip the peppers completely, and make bajji. Dip chilies one by one, then fry in oil until golden brown & crispy. The same way dip all cut chilies in the batter & make pakoras & fry.
