Pasi Paruppu Dosai/Moong Dal Dosa Recipe/How to make Mung Dal Dosa without Rice/Mung lentils Dosa


 

#PasiParuppuDosai#MoongDalDosa#DosaMadeWithoutDal#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: பாசிப்பருப்பு / Green gram lentil- 2 cups இஞ்சி / Ginger- 1 inch sliced பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 6 to 7 பெருங்காயத்தூள்/ Asafetida- 1/4 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little எண்ணை / Oil- to make dosa Method: Wash the mung dal thrice & soak in water for 2 hrs. After 2 hrs grind the dal with green chili, ginger, salt, curry leaves & Asafetida to a fine paste. Rest the batter for 30 minutes. Heat Dosa Tawa. Make dosa in a thin form & pour oil around & in a medium flame. Flip to the other side and let it get roasted. Place butter on top of Dosa & serve hot with yummy chutney. Make chutney with mint, groundnut, roasted Bengal gram, green chili & salt.
