Bun Dosa/ How to make Bun Dosa/ Easy & Soft Bun Dosa Recipe

Ingredients: For making Bun dosa batter: பச்சரிசி / Raw Rice- 2 cups துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 1 cup வெந்தயம் / Fenugreek- 1 tsp சன்ன அவல் / Thin Poha- 1 cup For making chutney: துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated fresh coconut- 1/2 cup உப்பு / Salt- to taste பொட்டுக்கடலை / Roasted gram- 2 tbsps கொத்தமல்லித்தழை/ Coriander leaves- little பச்சை மிளகாய் / green chili-2 Take all these ingredients in a mixer jar & grind to a paste. Our chutney is ready. Make tempering with mustard, 1 red chili & curry leaves. Method to make bun Dosa: Wash & soak raw rice for 4 hrs , so also Methi. After 4 hrs grind to a nice batter & keep aside. Wash Poha twice . Grind the same with grated coconut to a paste & mix it with the batter thoroughly with hand. Ferment the same for 6 hrs. After 6 hrs we can make bun Dosa. Heat Tawa . Take a laddle of batter & make dosa without spreading the batter. It should be thick. Pour oil around & cover with a lid. After 2 minutes flip to the other side. Make all Dosa in the same way & serve hot with chutney. This Bun dosa can be prepared in a Kadhai also.
