Ingredients:
குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum-4
வெங்காயம் / Onion- 2
தக்காளி / Tomato-2
கடுகு / Mustard - 1/2 tsp
சீரகம் / cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
மஞ்சள் பொடி / Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
மிளகாய் பொடி / chilli powder-1/2 tsp
எண்ணை / Oil - 2 to 3 tsp
கடலை மாவு / Bengalgram powder - 3 tsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, after it pops add cumin Seeds and onion. Sauté onion and add capsicum.
Add salt, turmeric powder, tomato and chili powder. Fry all in medium flame till capsicum becomes soft and cooks nicely. Lastly add Bengal gram powder and sauté till all becomes dry . Our colorful capsicum curry is ready to serve with rice, puri and chapathi etc.
