Ranjis flavours: வாழைக்காய் பொடிமாஸ் / Raw banana curry / Kacha kela Subzi / vazhaikai podimas

Ingredients: வாழைக்காய் / Raw banana- 3 தேங்காய் / Grated coconut 🥥- 1/2 cup பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 சிவப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chilli 🌶-1 கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- 3 tsp இஞ்சி / Ginger ( grated ) - 1/2 tsp கடுகு / Mustard - 1/2 tsp உளுத்தம்பருப்பு / Split black gram - 1/2 tsp எலுமிச்சை சாறு / Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp Method: Boil raw banana in cooker and cook it. Cool that and Grate in grater and keep aside. Heat oil in Kadhai, add mustard, Black gram,green chilli, ginger, and curry leaves. Sauté it and then add grated raw banana, salt and mix nicely. Add 2 to 3 tsp of water and cover with a lid. After 3 minutes take out the lid and mix. Now add grated coconut and mix. Add lemon juice to that and mix. Our Raw banana subzi ( curry ) ( podimas) is ready to serve hot with rice and dal.
