#சோளம் #அடை #jowardosa #jowarrecipe #lunchbox #ranjisflavours Ingredients: சோள மாவு / Jowar flour - 1/2 cup கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 1/2 cup ரவை / Rava - 1.5 tbsps மக்காச்சோளம் / Corn - 1 வெங்காயம்/ Onion - 1 ( finely chopped) குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum- 1 ( finely chopped) துருவிய காரட் / grated Carrot- 1 தக்காளி / Tomato - 2 ( small) பச்சை மிளகாய் / green chili- 3 இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/2 inch உப்பு / salt - 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி / Chili powder- 1/2 tsp சீரகம் / Cumin - 1 tsp எண்ணை/ oil - to roast Method: Take out the corn kernels. Make a coarse paste with ginger & green chili in a mixer grinder. Keep it aside. Cut all the vegetables finely. Take jowar & Bengal gram flour in a bowl. Add all veggies, Rava, corn paste, salt, red chili powder. Mix well & then add water to make batter. Add coriander leaves on top & mix it. Heat tava & take a ladle of the batter & make thick dosa . Add oil all around . Cover with a lid & roast it. Turn to the other side & cook. Make all in the same way.
