எல்லா வகையான சத்துள்ள கஞ்சி மாவு என் ஸ்டைல்ல செய்வது எப்படி/Homemade protein rich health mix powder


 

#healthmix #healthmixpowder #sattudrinkrecipe #sattu powder#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: கோதுமை / Wheat - 2 cups ராகி / Ragi - 1 cup ஓட்ஸ் / Oats - 1/2 cup பச்சைப்பயறு / Green moong - 1/2 cup கொத்துக்கடலை / Blach chana - 1/2 cup புழுங்கலரிசி / Boiled rice - 1/2 cup Dry fruits பாதாம் / Almonds - 50 gms பிஸ்தா / Pistachios- 50 gms வால்நட் / Walnuts - 50 gms ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom -8 மக்கானா / Makhana - 1/2 cup Method: Dry roast all ingredients in medium flame. Cool the same & grind in flour mill or mixer. Take the flour in dry bottle for daily use. This is a very healthy diet in between breakfast & lunch. Take 2 tbsps of sattu powder in a pan. Add 1.25 glasses of water & mix well without lumps. Add 2 tbsps of jaggery to it & mix. ( instead of jaggery we can add nattu sakkarai or sugar.) Keep it in stove in medium flame. Cook the same nicely till it becomes thick. Then add 1 glass of milk & mix. Our healthy kanji isready to serve. Elders can take this & very healthy too.
