#millets #milletadai#dinnerrecipe #laukiadai#lauki #ranjisflavours Ingredients: அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour - 1/2 cup கடலை மாவு / Bengarm flour - 1/2 cup கம்பு மாவு / Pearl millet - 1/4 cup சோள மாவு / Sorghum flour- 1/4 cup ராகி மாவு / Ragi flour - 1/4 cup சுரைக்காய்/ Bottle gourd - 300 gms ( grated ) காரட் / Carrot - 1 ( grated) உப்பு / Salt - 3/4 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tsps சீரகத்தூள் / Cumin powder- 1 tsp தனியா தூள்/ Coriander powder- 1 tsp மிளகாய் தூள்/ Chili powder- 1 tsp இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/2 inch பச்சைமிளகாய்/ Green chili- 3 பூண்டு பல் / Garlic pods and going- 10 Method: Grind garlic, ginger & green chili coarsely in a mixer grinder. Take all flour in a plate . Mix it well. Add the ground paste to that. Add grated bottle gourd & carrots to that & mix nicely with hand. Then add water little by little to make a dough. Add oil on top & rest it for 15 minutes. Take banana leaf & take a big ball of the dough to flatten it into a round shaped roti by dipping hands in water . Adjust the corners to make it round. If need we can cut it with a round shaped cutter to make it round. Keep 5 holes in the middle to get it roasted nicely. Invert the leaf on Tava to roast it in medium flame with a lid. Turn to the other side to roast. Make all dough like this & Lauki millets adai will be ready .
