#chaat #mothbeans#நரிப்பயறுசாட்#chaatrecipe Ingredients: நரிப்பயறு / Moth beans- 1 cup எண்ணை / Oil - 3 tsps பச்சை மளகாய் / Green chili- 2 ( slit) சீரகம் / Cumin - 1 tsp வெங்காயம்/ Onion - 1+1 ( finely chopped) தக்காளி / Tomato- 1+1 ( finely chopped) வறுத்த சீரகத்தூள் / Roasted cumin powder- 1 tsp மல்லித்தூள் / Coriander powder- 1 tsp சாட் பொடி / Chaat powder- 1/2 tsp கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little (Can make variations with boondi, sev or roasted peanuts in lots, tamarind chutney or green chutney) Method: Wash & soak moth beans overnight. In the morning drain out water & keep for 10 hrs to sprout. Add 1 glass of water & keep it in pressure cooker for 2 whistles to cook in medium flame. Cool the same. Heat oil in pan. Add cumin & green chili. Fry them & add onion & tomato . Saute it nicely. Then add cumin powder & coriander powder. Mix well Add cooked beans to that with water. Close the lid for5 minutes so as to make it dry without water. Then add chaat powder & mix. Our moth beans chaat is ready. Top it with fresh onions, tomatoes & coriander leaves. Add sev/ boondi/ potato wafers/ peanuts & serve.
