ஆடி மாத ஸ்பெஷல் தேங்காய் பால் செய்வது எப்படி/Coconut milk payasam recipe/Aadi Paal/தேங்காய் பால்

Ingredients: தேங்காய் / Coconut- 1 வெல்லம் / jaggery- 1 glass ( for 1 .5 cups of coconut milk) ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom- 1/2 tsp Method: Take out the brown colour skin of coconut & grate the same. Add little warm water & grind the same in blender. Take out the milk by strainer. Again add the coconut add water & grind. Strain the same to take the 2 nd milk. Combine both milk. Add 1 tbsp of wheat flour & mix well & keep it ready . Add cardamom powder & mix well. Take jaggery in a vessel & add 1/2 cup of water & let it boil nicely. By keeping the flame in low slowly add & mix well. Let it be in low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. After some time the froth will settle on top. It should not be over boiled. Once the froth settles we can switch off the flame. Serve hot or cool .
