#எலுமிச்சை #ஊறுகாய் #lemonpickle #lemon #lemonpicklerecipe Ingredients: எலுமிச்சம்பழம் / Lemon- 10 உப்பு / Salt- 2 tbsps மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1 tsp பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி / Chili powder- 2.5 tbsps எண்ணை / Oil - 1 cup Method: Clean , dry & cut lemons. Add turmeric & salt. Mix well & keep it for 4 days. Let it soak well. Fry asafetida in a tadka pan & methi seeds. Cool & make powder if both. Add chili & ground powder & mix with lemon nicely. Heat oil in a pan & add in lemon & mix well. Cool the same nicely for 4 to 5 hours. Take a clean & dryglass bottle which is dried in the sun. Fill the pickle & can be served after 2 days. The same pickle can be kept in hot sun also for 2 days & can be used. Tasty lemon pickle is ready to serve with rice, roti & paratha. Enjoy Ranjis flavours
