சுலபமா வீட்டிலேயே பன்னீர் செய்வது எப்படி/How to make paneer at home/Indian cottage cheese recipe

Ingredients: Cream உள்ள பால் / Cream milk- 1 litre எலுமிச்சம்பழம் / Lemon- 1/2 ( juice) தண்ணீர் / Water - 3 to 4 tbsps Method: Squeeze the lemon juice & add water & keep it aside. Take cream milk in a pan & boil the same in medium flame. When it boils lower the flame & add lemon water little by little & mix well to separate paneer & whey. Filter the same in a strainer by keeping a cotton cloth to separate it. Squeeze the etc water from the cloth. Keep it in a container & keep heavy bottom vessel on top to take out the etc water. Keep it for 1 hr. After 1 hr paneer is well settled & ready to cut & in a definite shape. Cut in required size & use this. Can be kept in water & then refrigerate. Daily the water should be changed.
