உப்பு கடலை வீட்டிலேயே ஈசியா செய்யலாமே/Salty peanuts recipe/How to make salty peanuts at home

Ingredients: வேர்க்கடலை/Peanuts- 1 bowl உப்பு / Salt- 1 tsp உப்பு / Salt - 1 pkt to roast peanuts Method: Clean & take peanuts. Heat salt in iron kadhai . Take 4 cups of water in a vessel & boil. Once it is hot add peanuts. Add salt & mix it. Let it boil for 4 minutes with a lid to cook After 4 minutes take out the water by straining peanuts in a strainer. Spread the peanuts in a clean towel to dry. Should be dried so that when we take in hand, water should not be there in peanuts. Add peanuts in hot salt & roast it in low flame for 10 minutes. In between check by removing the outer skin of peanut whether it can be removed or not. Once it is done, take out peanuts in a strainer so as to remove the salt . Then let it cool for sometime. Once it is cooled we can store it in a clean airtight container. This is a very good healthy snack for children & adults. Try this & give your feedback.
