#beans #beansrecipe #masala #gravy #beansmasala Ingredients: பீன்ஸ் / French beans- 250 gms வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 big size பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili-2 உப்பு / Salt- to taste பட்டை / Cinnamon- 1/2 inch கிராம்பு / Cloves - 2 பிரிஞ்சி இலை / Bay leaf- 1 தக்காளி / Tomato- 2 ( paste) எண்ணை / oil - 4 tsp சீரகம் / Jeera - 1 tsp மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி / Chili powder- 1 tsp தனியா பொடி / Coriander powder- 1 tsp கசூரி மேதி / Kasooei methi- 1/2 tsp crushed கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little Method: Wash & cut beans in big pieces. Take oil in pan. Fry beans till it becomes 50% cooks. Keep it aside. Add jeera, bay leaf, cloves & cinnamon in a pan with oil. Fry them & add onion. Fry till soft. Add tomato purée & fry till oil comes out. Add turmeric, jeera, coriander & chili powder. Mix well. Then add 1/2 cooked beans. Add fried gram flour & mix well to get a good consistency. Add little water & cook with a lid for 5 minutes. Once it cooked well add crushed masoori methi & coriander leaves on top. Transfer the same in serving bowl. Serve hot with jeera rice or pulao.
