#pakora #blackeyedbeans#karamanipakoda#karamani Ingredients: வெள்ளை காராமணி / Black eyed beans- 1 cup பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/2 inch உப்பு / Salt - to taste பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida - 1/4 tsp வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 ( big) கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves - little Garlic ( optional) Method: Wash & soak black eyed beans for 7 to 8 hrs. Let it soak nicely. Drain the water & grind with salt, chili, turmeric, ginger & asafetida without water. The batter is ready now. Heat oil in kadhai. Take small portion & make pakoras . Fry in medium flame till it becomes golden in color. Hot pakoras are ready & can be served with tomato ketchup. Very good evening snack & definitely give it a try. Enjoy Ranjis flavours
