புசு புசுன்னு பட்டாணி மசாலா பூரி for lunch/Peas puri/Lunchbox recipe/How to make Peas masala puri

Ingredients: பட்டாணி / Fresh Peas - 1 cup கோதுமை மாவு / Wheat flour- 1 cup + 2 tsps சீரகப்பொடி / Cumin powder- 1 tsp ஓம்ம்/ Carom seeds- 1 tsp உப்பு / Salt - to taste உலர்ந்த வெந்தயப்கீரை இலைகள் / Kasoori methi- 1/2 tsp மிளகாய் பொடி / Chili powder- 1 tsp இஞ்சி / ginger - 1/2 inch பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little எண்ணை / Oil- to fry & 3 tsps to add in dough ரவை / Rava - 1 tbsp கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram flour- 2 tbsps எள் / Sesame- 1 tsp Method: Take fresh peas & make a fine paste with green chili, ginger & coriander leaves. Take it in a bowl & add wheat flour, cumin, chili, carom seeds, salt , rava, Bengal gram flour & kasoori methi . Mix nicely & make a tight dough & rest it for 1/2 an hour. Take a portion of the dough & roll into a Chapathi. Cut in small sizes of puri. Heat oil & fry puris on medium flame . Oil to be hot while frying. Serve fluffy puris with pickle & curd.
