Vegetable masala Oats Recipe/How to make vegetable masala oats/Easy breakfast/dinner veg masala oats

Ingredients: மசாலா ஓட்ஸ் / Masala oats- 1.25 cups வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 தக்காளி / Tomato -1 குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum- 1/2 காரட் / Carrot-1/2 பச்சைப்பட்டாணி / Green peas- 3 tbsps தண்ணீர் / Water - 4 to 5 cups கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander- little வெண்ணை / Butter -1 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 Method: Cut all veggies. Keep butter in kadhai. Add green chili, onion, capsicum, carrot & peas. Sauté well. Then add tomato to that. After sauté for 2 minutes add 4 cups of water & boil. Then add oats to that & cook for 10 to 12 min with a lid. If necessary add more water as per consistency to cook oats. Lastly add coriander leaves & serve hot with onion rings on top. Healthy tasty veggie masala oats is ready to serve. This is very healthy & suitable for old people & young children also. Try this & give your feedback.
