வெள்ளரிக்காய் பச்சடி இப்படி செய்யுங்க/ Cucumber Raita Recipe/ How to make Half cooked Cucumber Raita

Ingredients: வெள்ளரிக்காய் / Cucumber-1 (200 gms) தயிர் / Curd - 1 cup சீரகப்பொடி / Roasted Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 தக்காளி / Tomato-1 பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 1 சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili- 1 கடுகு / Mustard-1/2 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little Method: Peel & cut cucumber, onion & tomato in small pieces. Whisk curd nicely & add roasted cumin powder. Add 1 tsp of oil in a pan & add onion. Sauté for a minute & then add cucumber & tomato. Cook for 2 min with a lid in medium flame. Switch off the flame after 2 minutes & cool the same. Keep oil in Tadka pan . Add mustard, green chili, red chili & curry leaves. Keep Tadka ready. After cooling the cucumber add whisked curd to that & mix well. Add Tadka & coriander on top & mix well. Our partly cooked cucumber Raita is ready as side dish for rice, roti & paratha.
