#BlackchanaAdai#BrownChanaAdai#kondaikadalaiAdai#Ranjisflavours Ingredients: கருப்பு கொண்டைக்கடலை / Black Chana - 1 cup அரிசி / Rice- 1/4 cup உப்பு / Salt- 1 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் /Green chilli- 2 +2 இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 inch பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little எண்ணை / oil - to make adai காரட் / Carrot- 1/2 வெங்காயம் Onion-1 கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander Leaves- little Method: Wash & soak Chana overnight in water. Soak rice for 3 hrs after washing. Grind both to a fine rava consistency after adding salt, ginger, green chili & asafetida. Let it rest for 4 to 5 hrs. Take a little portion of the batter in a separate bowl. Add onion, grated carrots & coriander ( green chili is optional) and mix all nicely. Heat tawa & grease the same. Then make a small adai & make a hole in the middle. Pour oil on all sides & roast on both sides with a lid covered. Our black Chana adai is ready to serve with sambhar or chutney powder or any kind of pickle. This will be crispy outside & soft inside. This is the best lunchbox recipe for children full of proteins.
