ஆரோக்கியமான,சுவையுடன் கூடிய எள்ளுருண்டை/Sesame laddoos recipe/Til ki laddoo/तिल गुड लड्डू(संक्रांति)
#எள்ளு #லட்டு #sesameballs #sesameladoo #tilladdoo #ranjisflavours Ingredients: எள் / Sesame- 1.5 cups வெல்லம் / Jaggery- 1.5 cups வேர்க்கடலை / Peanuts- 1 cup ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom-4 Method: Roast peanuts in medium flame till it becomes crisp. Cool the same & remove the outer skin by rubbing it in a towel. Fry sesame roll it pops & gets roasted nicely in medium flame. Cool the same. Grind peanuts & jaggery in mixer in whipper mode with cardamom. Grind sesame also in whipper mode & mix all nicely without any lumps. Make laddoos with the mixture in desired size. Healthy tasty sesame laddoos are ready for sankranti.
