#kheer #kheerrecipe #BadamKheer#பாதாங்கீர்செய்முறை Ingredients: பாதாம் பௌடர் / Blanched Badam powder- 1/4 cup+2 tsps ( instead of Badam powder , can take whole Badam, soak & peel , then grind with milk) பால் / Full cream Milk - 3/4 litre பால் / Milk- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsps( to grind Badam powder) குங்கும்ப்பூ / Saffron- 6 to 7 strands ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 3 to 4 tbsps ( can add more as per taste) செதுக்கிய பாதாம் / Badam slices - 6 to 7 ரோஜா இதழ்கள் / Rose petals- 6 Method: Boil milk in heavy bottom Kadhai. Boil in low to medium flame. Stir frequently. Add milk to Badam powder & grind to a fine paste. After 7 minutes of boiling the milk, sugar & add Badam paste to the boiling milk & cook. Mix it well. Soak saffron in hot milk. Then after boiling for 7 to 8 minutes after it becomes thick, add Cardomom, soaked saffron & Badam sliced pieces to that. After adding Badam paste it will become thick . Fill in glasses after cooling. Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hrs to become chill. After 2 hrs take out & add Badam slices, saffron & rose petals on top. Serve chilled Badam Kheer & enjoy!
