How to make Kadhai Paneer in Restaurant Style at Home/Kadhai Paneer Recipe/Side dish Kadhai Paneer

Ingredients: பன்னீர் / Paneer-250 gms குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum- 1 வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1 big size தக்காளி / Tomato -1+1 ( big size) சீரகம் / Jeera - 1 tsp எண்ணை / Oil - 4 tsps இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 + 1/2 inch பூண்டு / Garlic - 8 பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili-2 சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili-1 வறுத்த சீரகத்தூள் / Roasted jeera powder- 1 tsp தனியாத்தூள் / Coriander powder- 1 tsp மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp காஷ்மீரி மிளகாய் பொடி /Kashmiri chili powder- 1 tsp கசூரி வெந்தயப் பொடி / Kasuri methi powder- 1 tsp கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander fresh - little பால் ஏடு / Milk cream - 2 tbsps வெண்ணை / Butter - 2 tbsps Method: Wash & cut paneer in cubes. Keep the same in warm water to make it soft. Cut onions & capsicum in square shapes. Heat butter & oil in kadhai. Fry paneer in that till it is little soft. ( over frying makes paneer hard) Fry capsicum for 1 minute Grind tomatoes with 1/2 inch ginger & green chili to a purée. After frying capsicum add jeera & 1 red chili in the same oil. Then add onions. After frying onions add cut tomato to that & fry till soft. Then add tomato purée to that & fry nicely till the oil separates from pan. After 2 min add jeera, dhania, turmeric & Kashmiri chili powder, Kasturi methi. Mix nicely. After all masalas are fried then add 1/2 cup of water. Close with lid & cook the same. Lastly, add fried paneer & capsicum to that & cook till all masalas are incorporated with paneer. Add cream at last & coriander on top before serving. Yummy Restaurant style kadhai paneer is ready to serve with roti, paratha & rice.
