Idli Usili/Leftover Idly Upma /Quick Idly Upma Recipe in Tamil/மிஞ்சியஇட்லியை உப்புமா செய்வது எப்படி


#IdlyUsili#LeftoverIdlyUpma#IdlyUsiliRecipe#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: மிஞ்சின இட்லி/Leftover Idlis - 6 to 7 எண்ணை / Oil- 3 tsps கடுகு / Mustard-1 tsp கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 2 tsps உளுத்தம்பருப்பு / Ulad dal- 1 tsp பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/4 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 பட்டாணி / Fresh peas - 2 tbsps மஞ்சள்தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander leaves- little Method: Crumble all leftover idlis. Heat oil in Kadhai. Add mustard, Bengal gram, Ulad dal, Asafetida, green chili. Fry till it gets brown in color. Add onion & curry leaves. Add peas & sauté till it becomes soft. Then add crumbled idlis to that. Mix it well. Sprinkle little water on top to get a soft mixture. Cover it & cook for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves on top & serve hot.
