Upma Premix/Ready to make Upma Mix/Instant breakfast Rava mix Recipe/Premix Recipe for Travel

Ingredients: ரவை / Rava - 1 cup எண்ணை / Oil- 4 to 5 tbsps கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tsp கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram - 1 tsp முந்திரி / Cashews - 5(optional) கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 4 உப்பு / Salt - to taste Method: Ready to eat Upma premix is very useful to Bachelor’s, office goer’s, & those who travel on tour and stay in-house equipped with full kitchen so that they make their own meal. Heat oil in Kadhai. Add mustard, Ulad dal, Bengal gram, curry leaves, cashews & green chili. Fry all nicely then add Rava & roast it nicely for 10 minutes. The color of the Rava changes & each Rava gets roasted nicely. Add salt also & mix. This frying to be made in medium flame for 10 minutes. Our instant Upma Premix is ready to make Upma within 5 minutes. This premix can be stopped In the refrigerator for 15 days & In normal room temperature for a weeks Time Boil the required amount of water in Kadhai. The ratio is 1:3 ( Rava: water) After it is well boiled add Rava & mix it. Easy, tasty Upma is ready for breakfast. This recipe is very useful to all especially those who are in hurry.
