Ingredients:
முந்திரி்பருப்பு / Cashews-100 gms
பாதாம்பருப்பு / Almonds - 100 gms
கொப்பரை / Dry coconut- 100 gms
பிஸ்தா பருப்பு / Pistachios- 100 gms
அத்திப்பழம் / Fig fruit - 50 gms
பேரீச்சைபழம் / Dates - 50 gms
தேன் / Honey - 3 to 4 tbsps
நெய் / Ghee - 5 to 6 tsps
உலர்ந்த திராட்சை / Raisins- 100 gms
ஏலக்காய் பொடி / Cardomom powder- 1 tsp
Method:
Fry cashews, pista , raisins
Figs, dates , dry coconuts in 1/2 tsp of ghee & cool the same. We can add walnuts also.
After cooling grind cashews & coconut together coarsely.
Then grind pista separately. Grind figs & dates together. Here I have taken sliced almonds, so no need of grinding that. In case if we take full almonds, that has to be roasted & grinded.
Mix all together with 3 tbsps of ghee & honey. Mix nicely. Make tight balls like Laddoos .Then healthy dry fruits are ready .
