Wah!Crispy kunukku Recipe with leftover idly batter/Left over idly batter pakora/Quick snack Pakora

Ingredients: மிஞ்சிய இட்லி மாவு / Left over idly batter- 1.5 cups வெங்காயம் / Onion- 2( finely cut) - 3 tbsps காரட் / Carrot- 2 tbsps பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida-1/4 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili -3 சிகப்பு மிளகாய் பொடி / Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp ( optional) கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little உப்பு / Salt- as per taste எண்ணை / Oil - for frying அரசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1 tbsps ( can add more as per consistency) Method: Take idly batter in a bowl. Add onion, carrots, Asafoetida , salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chili & red chili powder. Mix all nicely to a batter. Add rice flour as per consistency if the batter is thin. Mix all. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Make small pakoras with hand & drop It in hot oil. Fry till golden color in medium flame. Yummy evening snack kunukku ( pakoras) are ready within 10 minutes.
