Ingredients:
நேந்தரம்காய் / Nendram banana-3
உப்பு / Salt - 2 tsps
எண்ணை / Oil - To fry
Method:
Wash & peel the banana after cutting the edges on both sides. Keep the bananas in water.
Soak salt in water. Heat oil in a kadhai. Before frying the banana , wipe it with a towel and keep it dry.
When the oil is hot , slice the banana in a slicer by keeping it on top of the oil. As the oil is v hot , keep the the slicer far from oil & slice.
Stir it nicely. When it is half fried add 1/2 tsp of salt water to the oil & fry so that the salt gets absorbed in chips. No need of adding salt after frying the chips.
Take out the chips in a tissue paper to take out the excess oil. Make all chips in the same way. Yummy & crispy Nendram chips are ready to serve. We get 300 gems of chips in 3 banana almost. Enjoy Ranjis flavours!
