#soyabean #soya #tikki #beetroottikki #ranjisflavours Ingredients: சோயா வடி/ Soya granules- 1 cup சோளம் / Corn kennels- 100 gms பீட்ரூட் / Beetroot- 1 உப்பு / Salt - to taste வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander- little மிளகாய் தூள் / Red Chili powder- 1 tbsp மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric- 1 tsp சாட் பொடி / Chaat powder- 1. Tsp சீரகத்தூள் / Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp தனியா பொடி / Coriander powder- 1 tbsp கரம்மசாலா / Garam masala- 1 tbsp எண்ணை / Oil - to fry உருளைக்கிழங்கு / Potato- 3 ப்ரட் தூள் / Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup Method: Grate beetroot & sauté in 1 tsp of oil till it becomes soft. Cool the same Grind corn in a mixer coarsely & keep aside. Boil water & add soya to it. Boil for 3 minutes & drain the same. Cool that & squeeze the water thoroughly. Then grind the same in a mixer coarsely Boil potatoes & peel the skin & mash nicely Take soya, beetroot & corn in a vessel. Add onions, potatoes, coriander, turmeric, chili, coriander powder, chaat powder, & garam masala to that. Mix well to make a soft dough. Make balls out of that & flatten the same like tikki. Add breadcrumbs on top of tikki & keep. Shallow Fry all tikkis in oil on both sides to make it crisp in medium flame.
