#curryleavespodi #curryleavespowder #curryleaves #கருவேப்பிலை #ranjisflavours Ingredients: கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- 250 gms எண்ணை / oil - 3 tsps கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram-2 tbsps உளுத்தம் பருப்பு / Split black dal - 2 tbsps சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili- 7 to 8 ( as per taste) உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp மிளகு / Pepper- 1/2 tsp (Garlic, tamarind & fennel seeds can be added as per taste) Method: Wash and dry curry leaves in a cloth. When dried, fry them in a Kadhai without oil for 3 minutes to remove moisture. Cool the same. Add oil in a kadhai. Add Bengal gram, Ulad dal, Asafetida, pepper & red chili. Fry in oil till we get a golden color. Cool the same & then grind in a mixer coarsely. Then add curry leaves & make them powder. Store the same in an airtight bottle & use. This can be mixed with hot rice & oil & served. Very light even for dinner. Try this & give your comments. #அவல் #steam #poha #poharecipe #steamedpoha#ranjisflavours Ingredients: அவல் / Poha- 2 cups வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 தக்காளி / Tomato- 1 வெள்ளறிக்காய்/ Cucumber- 1 காரட் / Carrot - 1 பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili - 1 கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tsp சீரகம் / Cumin - 1 tsp உளுத்தம் பருப்பு / Ulad dal- 1 tsp உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- little துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 2 tbsps எண்ணை / Oil - 3 tsps Method: Clean & wash poha thrice with water & drain the same through strainer. Keep it for 10 minutes. Steam the same in cooker for 10 min to cook. Place kadai & add oil. Add mustard, Urad dal & jeera. Then add onion & tomato & chili & sauté them for 2 minutes. Then switch off the flame. Then add raw grated cucumber & carrots & mix well. Then add soft steamed poha & mix well. Then add coriander & grated coconut & mix. Cut the banana into squares. Add one glass of water and grind in a mixer to get juice. Extract the juice in a filter and again grind with water. #harabharakababrecipe #harabharakebab #harabhara #harabharakabab #ranjisflavours Ingredients: பாலக் / Palak -250 gms பட்டாணி / Peas- 250 gms உருளைக்கிழங்கு / Potatoes-3 பச்சைப்பயறு / Green gram- 50 gms குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum- 1 பன்னீர் / Paneer-50 gms கடலை மாவு / Bengal gram-3 tbsps ப்ரட் தூள் / Bread crumbs-5 tbsps( if necessary optional) உப்பு / salt - 1.5 tsps மிளகாய் தூள் / Red chili powder- 1 tsp இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 inch தனியா தூள் / Coriander powder- 1 tsp சீரகத்தூள் / Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp கருப்பு உப்பு / Black salt- 1/2 tsp சாட் பொடி / Chaat powder- 1/2 tsp மாங்காய் பொடி / Mango powder - 1/2 tsp எண்ணை / oil- to roast கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- 2 tbsps Method: Heat water in a pan & add Palak leaves & peas after washing. Cook for 3 minutes & drain water. Cool the same & grind it to a fine paste. Keep it aside. Boil potatoes & peel. Grate the same in grater & keep. Soak green gram previous night & cook for 1 whistle in a cooker & then mash it. To make it more healthy we r adding green gram. Dry roast Bengal gram flour in kadai. Heat oil in kadai & add cumin. Then add green capsicum & sauté till soft. Now add Bengal gram flour to the green paste. Add potatoes, capsicum, Bengal gram flour, mashed green gram. Add all masalas thoroughly to make a green dough. Take small balls out of that & make kebab in round shape with edges nicely & place 1/2 cashew in the middle. Make all kebabs like that & keep it ready to fry. Heat oil in pan to shallow fry . Place all kebabs & fry in medium flame on both sides to make it more crispy. Can fry in air fryer or in Avon grill also . Serve the hot kebabs with tomato ketchup . It is amazing in taste. Try definitely & give your feedback. Tsp சீரகத்தூள் / Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp தனியா பொடி / Coriander powder- 1 tbsp கரம்மசாலா / Garam masala- 1 tbsp எண்ணை / Oil - to fry உருளைக்கிழங்கு / Potato- 3 ப்ரட் தூள் / Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup Method: Grate beetroot & sauté in 1 tsp of oil till it becomes soft. Cool the same Grind corn in a mixer coarsely & keep aside. Boil water & add soya to it. Boil for 3 minutes & drain the same. Cool that & squeeze the water thoroughly. Then grind the same in a mixer coarsely Boil potatoes & peel the skin & mash nicely Take soya, beetroot & corn in a vessel. Add onions, potatoes, coriander, turmeric, chili, coriander powder, chaat powder, & garam masala to that. Mix well to make a soft dough. Make balls out of that & flatten the same like tikki. Add breadcrumbs on top of tikki & keep. Shallow Fry all tikkis in oil on both sides to make it crisp in medium flame. #karaurundai#karadumplings#dumplings #uppuurundai #ranjisflavours Ingredients: இட்லி அரிசி / Idly rice - 2 cups உளுந்து / Ulad dal - 1/4 cup உப்பு / Salt - to taste பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/2 tsp சிகப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili - 4 to 5 ( as per taste) கருவேப்பிலை /Curry leaves - little எண்ணை / oil - 6 tbsps கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tbsp கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 2 tsps துருவிய தேங்காய் / Grated coconut- 🥥 1/2 coconut Method: Wash & soak idly rice & urad dal for 4 hrs. Soak red chili also with rice. Grind rice coarsely with chili & curry leaves. Then add urad dal & grind with water (1.5 cups) Keep the batter in a separate bowl. Heat a pan. Add oil & mustard. When it pops add Bengal gram. Then add grated coconut & fry. After it fries add 2.5 cups of water & let it boil. Then add the prepared batter and mix well. Keep the flame on medium and mix it until it becomes thick. As we are going to steam this, we can make half-cooked batter. Cover with a lid for 3 minutes and cook. Switch off the flame and keep it covered for 3 minutes. Once it's cooled, mix the batter nicely without lumps to make a soft dough. Make small dumplings out of that and keep them. Prepare the steamer and cook the dumplings for 10 minutes on medium flame. After 10 minutes take out the dumplings & serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar or brinjal gotsu. This will be the best side dish for Kara Urundai.
