கடலைப்பருப்பு / Bengal gram- 1 tbsp
உளுத்தம்பருப்பு /ulad dal - 1 tsp
சிவப்பு மளகாய் / Red chili - 3
கருவேப்பிலை / curry leaves
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1
தக்காளி / Tomatoes -2
எண்ணை / Oil - 2 tsps
கடுகு / Mustard- 1 tsp for tadka
Method of making chutney:
Fry dals, curry leaves, red chili, onion & tomato in oil. Cool the same & make chutney by adding salt.
Prepare tadka with mustard & curry leaves & pour on top of chutney
Method for dosa batter:
Take rava, rice flour, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves, carrots, onion & green chili in a bowl. Add 4 cups of water first & mix all well. Then add 4 cups of water & mix well. Rest the same for 45 minutes.
Heat dosa tawa & make dosa by stirring the batter from top to bottom nicely & then pour batter all around. Pour oil on all sides & roast it in medium flame. Flip to the other side & add ghee on top of it to make more healthy. Serve crispy Doda with yummy chutney & enjoy!
