கோடைக்கு குளு குளுன்னு சப்போட்டா, மாம்பழ மில்க்‌ஷேக் செய்யுங்க/Mango & Chikoo milkshake recipe


 


Ingredients: Chikoo milkshake: சப்போட்டா / Chikoo- 2 சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 2 tbsps பால் /Milk- 1.5 cups ஐஸ் துண்டுகள் / ice cubes- 4 to 5 பாதாம் துண்டுகள் / Badam pieces -to decorate Mango milkshake: மாம்பழம் / Mango-2 பால் / milk - 1.5 cups சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 2 tbsps ஐஸ் துண்டுகள் / Ice cubes- 6 மாம்பழ துண்டுகள் / cut mango pieces- little roads on top Wash Chikoo & peel the skin. Take out the seeds. Make them paste in mixer. Add sugar & milk with that. Make a smooth mixture. Keep it in refrigerator for 1/2 an hour & serve with badam pieces on top. Delicious Chikoo milkshake is ready Mango milkshake: Wash, peel & cut mangoes in pieces. Take the pieces in mixer. Add sugar, milk & ice cubes. Make a smooth shake . Keep in refrigerator for1 hr & then serve with mango pieces on top. Yummy mango milkshake is ready.
