Oats Dosai/Oats Dosa Recipe/ How to make instant Oats Dosa/Healthy Oats Dosa for breakfast


 

#OatsDosa#InstantOatsDosaRecipe#ஓட்ஸ்தோசைசெய்முறை#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: ஓட்ஸ் / Rolled Oats- 2 cups உப்பு / Salt- to taste உளுத்தம் பொடி / Ulad dal powder - 1 tbsp ( if readymade powder is not available, we can make it by dry fry in Kadhai till it becomes brown & made powder) எண்ணை / Oil - to make dosa வெந்தயம் / Fenugreek- 1 tbsp Method: Wash fenugreek & soak it for 4 hrs Wash oats & drain the water. Soak it in water for 15 minutes. Then grind it in mixer with salt & Soaked fenugreek. Make a fine batter. Rest the batter for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat Tawa & grease the same. Sprinkle little water on Tawa & clean it with a cloth. Then spread the batter in a round shape & oil it. Make dosa in medium flame. Flip to the other side. Roast it nicely. Serve hot Oats Dosa with chutney, Sambar or Idli chutney powder . Yummy oats Dosa is ready for breakfast.
