ஈசியா எவரும் செய்யக்கூடிய ஜவ்வரிசி வடாம்/Market style Sabudana Papad/ 2 ingredients Tapioca Papad

Ingredients: ஜவ்வரிசி / Sabudana/ Tapioca- 1 cup உப்பு / Salt - 1/4 tsp Method: Take Sabudana & wash with water twice. Take out the water. Then add 1/2 cup of water to that, water to be just the level of Sabudana . Soak it overnight. Next morning Sabudana is well soaked & it can be mashed nicely. Mix little salt to that. Keep half of the Sabudana in a different bowl . Mix any food color of ur choice & mix in one bowl. Keep water in a Kadhai with a stand & plate to cook Sabudana. Take 3 plates & grease the same with oil. Fill Sabudana in the plate in one layer to a round shape. If we put more in the plate the Papad will be very thick. To be more crispy only one layer of Sabudana to be kept. Keep all plates in the Kadhai & steam it for 3 to 4 minutes with a lid. After 4 minutes remove the plates & cool the same. After cooling , with a help of a knife take out the Papad & keep in a plate. Make Papad by mixing the white & colored one . It should be dried in sun for 2 days. Heat oil in a Kadhai & fry all. Our yummy Sabudana Papad is ready in a very easy method. This method is v easy as we are not cooking it. Do try this & give your feedback on this recipe.
