Wash & drain water from that. Then keep all the leaves in a clean cloth to dry. It will take 2 days to dry completely in shade. After 2 days our Kasoori Methi will be ready to use. 2nd method in microwave: Take the dried leaves in a microwave plate and place it . Keep it for 3 minutes in high temperature. Take out and stir it with wooden stick. Again keep it for 3 minutes & heat it. After 3 min again do the same procedure like before . 3rd time dry in microwave for only 2 minutes. Take it out after 2 minutes. Now the leaves are completely dry & green in color. Our Kasoori Methi is ready now. Both the process are very easy to make. Store it in airtight container for use.
