Tri colour Uthappam Recipe/How to make Tri color Uthappam with idly batter/Independence Day Recipe

Ingredients: இட்லி மாவு / Left over idly batter- 2 cups துருவிய காரட் / Finely grated or cut carrots- 1 துருவிய குடை மிளகாய் / Finely cut capsicum 🫑-1 எண்ணை / Oil - to make Uthappam முந்திரி / Cashews-4 For chutney: Coconut-1/2 cup Green chili-2 Coriander leaves- little Salt- to taste Oil - 1 tsp Mustard-1/2 tsp for tadka Method: Grate or cut carrot & keep Cut capsicum finely Heat Tava & wipe it with tissue paper. Spread the batter in Uthappam size( not thin). Spread the carrots on top of the line which I have shown in the video. The same way spread capsicum also at the bottom line leaving a gap between two colors. Pour oil all over & roast it with a lid. After 2 to 3 minutes flip to the other side & roast it. Same way make all Uthappams. Enjoy with chutney or Sambhar or chutney powder( idly gunpowder) Enjoy Independence Day with Tricolor Uthappam & celebrate.
