பாதாம் பால் வச்சு ரவா பாயசம் செஞ்சு பாருங்க/Rava Payasam with Almond milk/Rava Kheer Recipe ( vegan)


 

#payasam #kheerrecipe #ravapayasam #soojikheer #suji Ingredients: ரவை / Rava- 1/2 cup பாதாம் பால் / Sweetened Badam milk- 1.5 cups ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom- 1/2 tsp குங்கும்ப்பூ / Saffron -3 to 4 strands சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 3/4 cup முந்தரி / Cashews- 6 to 7 உலர்ந்த திராட்சை / Raisins - 8 நெய் / Ghee - 3 to 4 tsps Take ghee & roast cashews & raisins and keep them separate. In the same ghee roast rava. (Those who are vegan, dry roast the rava , cashews & raisins in kadhai without ghee. ) After roasting rava nicely add 3.5 cups of hot water & cook rava in medium flame. Then add cardamom powder & saffron to that & mix. After cooking rava well switch off the stove. After cooling for 2 to 3 minutes add badam milk to that & mix well. Yummy Badam milk rava kheer is ready to serve.
