Ingredients: உருளைக்கிழங்கு /Potato-2 அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour- 1 tbsp சீரகம் / Jeera - 1/2 tsp உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp Method: Peel potatoes & keep in water. Cut in small sizes & make fine paste in mixer after adding 1/2 cup of water. Filter potato water in a vessel & again grind with the paste to take out all. Add the potato water in Kadhai. Mix rice flour & cook in low flame. When it thickens switch off the stove & add salt & Jeera & mix. Take a small ladle & place the batter in a sheet by not spreading much. Dry them in hot sun for 2 days. Fry the same in hot oil & serve. It is a very easy & tasty recipe which one should try.
