குக்கரில்5 விசிலில்அரிசி அப்பளம் ரெடி/மாவு அரைக்க,கிளற வேண்டாம்/Quick Rice papad in cooker -Method2


 

#papad #papadrecipes #ricepapad #cookerappalam#ranjisflavours Ingredients: அரிசி / Rice - 1 cup உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் விழுது / Green chili paste - 1/2 tsp சீரகம் / Cumin - 1 tsp ப்ப்படக்காரம் / Papad khar- 1/2 tsp Method: Wash & soak rice in water overnight. Drain the water in the morning in strainer. Take 5 cups of water in a cooker & add green chili paste, salt, papad khar, curry leaves & cumin. Boil the water nicely. Then add rice to that & mix well. Keep the cooker closed & keep it for 5 whistles. After cooling open the lid & mix the rice mixture nicely to a fine paste with wooden ladle. Take the batter in a separate bowl to make papad. Keep the remaining batter closed with a plate. Keep ready a refrigerator plastic sheet to make papad. Cut a thick plastic sheet in squares. Take one spoon of batter and place on the sheet. Cover the batter with another plastic sheet. Press the same with a normal plate to make papad. It should be even all sides. Take out the sheet on top. Invert the sheet in bottom in the sheet where we r going to dry the papad. This is a very easy method to make papad. Can use Poori machine also to make papad. Make all papad in the same way. Dry the same under the fan for one day. In the evening turn all the papad to another side to dry. Next day morning we can keep papad in sun to dry. This an bedried for 2 days for a better storage throughout the year. Heat oil & fry the same . It is very white in color & crispy too. #sandwich #sandwichrecipe #vegetables #veggiesandwich #ranjisflavours Ingredients: ப்ரட் / Bread slices ( as per requirement) வெங்காயம் / Onion (small) -1 வெள்ளறிக்காய் / Cucumber- 1 குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum- 1 தக்காளி / Tomato- 1 காரட் / Carrot - 1 சோளம் / Corn kernels- 2 tsps கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander- little மிளகுத்தூள் / Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp தயிர் / Curd ( thick) - 3 ladles கொத்தமல்லி சட்னி / Green chutney- 1 tsp Method: Finely cut all the veggies. Take all the vegetables in a bowl. Add salt & pepper powder. Mix well & then add curd. Mix it. Heat a pan & add butter. Spread veggies on top of the bread slice & keep the other slice on top of it. Place it on the pan & apply butter. Roast well in a medium flame on both sides. Cut it diagonally & serve hot with tomato ketchup. One thing to remember is to take thick curd while mixing with veggies, otherwise, the sandwich will become soggy. #uthappam #uthappamrecipe #ravauttapamrecipe #ravauttapam #ranjisflavours Ingredients: ரவா/ Rava - 3/4 cup தயிர் / Curd ( fresh )- 1/2 cup தண்ணீர் / Water - 3/4 cup காரட் / Carrots - 1 வெங்காயம் / Onion- 1 பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili - 3 கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum- 1 உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp அரிசி மாவு /Rice flour - 1.5 tbsps ஈனோ / Eno salt - 1/2 pkt எண்ணை / Oil - to make Uthappam Method: Fine chop all veggies & keep it separately. Take Rava in a bowl. Add curd & 1/4 cup of Water. Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add all the chopped veggies one by one and add salt. Mix well. Heat a tawa. Grease with oil. Before making Uthappam, add Eno salt and mix well. Add batter and make round-sized Uthappam. Pour oil on all sides. Cover it & cook & roast it. Flip to the other side once it gets roasted. Roast it till we get a golden color. Make all in the same manner. Serve instant veggies Rava Uthappam with coconut chutney.
