ஒரு தட்டு சாதமும் காலியாகும் இந்தவெங்காய வத்த குழம்போட சாப்பிட்டால்/How to make Onion vathakuzhambu


 

#vathakulambu #வத்தல்குழம்பு#kuzhamburecipesintamil #onion Ingredients: சின்ன வெங்காயம் / Small onion- 150 gms ( chopped finely) புளி / Tamarind- lemon sized soaked in water ( take the syrup twice) உப்பு / Salt - 1 tsp சாம்பார் பொடி / Sambhar powder- 2 tsps நல்லெண்ணை / Sesame oil - 4 tbsps கடுகு / Mustard seeds- 1 tsp வெந்தயம் / Fenugreek- 1/2 tsp சிவப்பு மிளகாய் / Red chili- 3 பெருங்காயம் / Asafetida- 1/2 tsp கருவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves- little மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp வெல்லம் / Jaggery - 1 tbsp Method: Heat oil in Kadhai. Add mustard, fenugreek , red chili, Asafetida & curry leaves. Then add onion & sauté nicely till it becomes soft. Then add sambar powder & fry. Then add tamarind pulp & boil in medium flame. Add salt. After it gets into half of the quantity our vatha kuzhambu will be ready. Lastly add jaggery & let it boil for 3 minutes. Vatha kuzhambu is ready now . Can take with hot rice & roasted papad. ப்ரட் புட்லா சாண்ட்விச்/Mumbai Street food Bread Pudla recipe/Eggless French toast paneer sandwich


 

#bread #breadrecipe #breadpudla#sandwichrecipe#pudlasandwich Ingredients: பிரட் / Bread - 4 slices கடலை மாவு / Gram flour- 3/4 cup உப்பு / Salt - 1/2 tsp பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green chili- 2 தக்காளி / Tomato- 1 tbsp( finely chopped) வெங்காயம் / onion- 1 tbsp( finely chopped) கொத்தமல்லித்தழை / Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp மிளகு பொடி / Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp வெண்ணை / Butter - to toast பன்னீர் / Paneer - 6 tbsps மிளகாய் துகள் / Chili flakes- 1/2 tsp Method: Take gram flour in a bowl. Add tomato, salt, green chili , chili flakes & coriander leaves. Mix all with water by adding little by little without any lumps. Rest it for 10 minutes Heat tawa & grease with butter. Soak bread slices in the gram batter nicely & place on tawa to roast it by adding butter all over. Flip to the other side also to get roasted. Then add onion on top & coriander. Press it nicely. Then add grated paneer on top of it & roast. Place one bread on another for a sandwich. Roast it nicely on both sides well. Our bread Pudla is ready. Serve the same after cutting into 4 pieces with green chutney & tomato ketchup.
