#CauliflowerManchurian#GobiManchurian#StarterRecipeGobiManchurian Ingredients: காலி ப்ளவர் ( cut செய்தவை)Cauliflower florets- 1/2 kg உப்பு / Salt - to taste எண்ணை / oil - to fry பூண்டு / Garlic- 3 tbsp ( finely chopped) இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 tbsp( grated) சோள மாவு / Corn flour- 4 tbsps மைதா மாவு / Maida / All purpose flour- 4 tbsps சோயா சாஸ் / Soya sauce- 3 to 4 tsps மிளகாய் சாஸ் / Red chili sauce- 3 tsps தக்காளி கெச்சப் / Tomato ketchup- 3 tsps வெங்காயத்தாள் / Spring onion- 5 to 6 tbsps ( cut) Method: Cut cauliflower in equal sizes. Wash & drain the water in the cauliflower. Heat water in a pan & add a little salt. Cook cauliflower in hot water for 3 to 4 minutes with a lid. After 4 minutes drain the water in a colander. Cool the same. Take corn flour & Maida in a bowl. Add ginger paste & little salt. Mix the same. Then add florets to that & mix it thoroughly to coat the flour in all florets. Heat oil in a Kadhai & fry all florets twice so that it becomes crispy. Fry one batch, take it out while they are half-fried, then again fry once they are a little warm. Making of sauce: Keep oil in Kadhai & add garlic. Fry them till they are brown. Add little onion & salt. Sauté them nicely. Add soya sauce, chili sauce & tomato ketchup & sauté nicely. Mix corn flour in a bowl & add water to make a slurry. Then add this slurry to the sauces & mix. Add spring onion also. Add little water to get a nice liquid sauce& boil the same for 2 minutes. Then add fried florets to that & mix well. Lastly, add more spring onion on top and serve hot. This is the best starter recipe & all will love it. Try the same & give your feedback. Mango Dessert Recipe/Mango pudding Recipe/No agar agar, No Gelatin Easy & Quick Mango Dessert
#MangoPudding#MangoDessertRecipe#RanjisFlavours Ingredients: மாம்பழம் / Riped mango- 2 சர்க்கரை / Sugar- 1/2 cup பால் / Milk - 1.25 cups + .25 cup சோள மாவு / Corn flour- 1/4 cup ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp உப்பு / Salt - 2 pinches எலுமிச்சை சாறு / Lemon juice- 1/2 lemon குங்கும்ப்பூ / Saffron- few strands சாரப்பருப்பு / Chironji seed- few to decorate மாம்பழத்துண்டுகள் / Mango pieces- few Method: Wash & cut mangoes to pieces. Take it in a mixer jar & add 1.25 cups of milk, sugar, cardamom powder & salt. Make a smooth pulp & take the pulp into a pan. Keep the flame in low & stir the pulp for 6 to 7 minutes. Add lemon juice. In the meantime make a slurry out of corn flour & 1/4 cup of milk. Add the same to the mixture & stir till we get thick paste & bubbles all over. All this is to be made in very low flame. Switch off the flame. Fill the mixture in short glasses & tap the same. Keep refrigerated for 2 to 3 hrs. After 3 hrs take out the same & add saffron, mango pieces & chironji on top. Serve the pudding when it is chill & enjoy! Enjoy Ranjis flavours!
